This cozy beach house is ONLY 1.5 BLOCKS FROM THE OCEAN and sits on Flagler’s OCEAN PALM GOLF COURSE. You can walk to the beach and try surf fishing or watch the golfers play while you enjoy your morning coffee on the enclosed patio!
If you’d like to play a round yourself, Ocean Palm Golf Course has great rates: $21.00 w/cart for 18 holes; $17.00 twilight w/cart.
The OCEAN PALM subdivision is located between the GAMBLE ROGERS STATE RECREATION AREA to the North and the NORTH PENINSULA STATE RECREATION AREA to the South for those of you who would like to experience some of Florida’s magnificent natural wealth. This is a NON-SMOKING house, however feel free to smoke in the garage or outside on the front patio. There are 2 Beach Cruiser bikes if you feel like taking a ride!
Also – not only is the beach DOG-FRIENDLY, so is this house!! WELL-BEHAVED DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!!
Area Attractions and Activities include: Golf, Fishing, Boating, Swimming, Surfing Walk/hike through state parks, Flagler Beach Framers Market, Daytona's Worlds Most Famous Beach 15 miles south, Orlando and Disney approx. 70 miles!
The surf is up in Flagler Beach with its six miles of ocean frontage. Along with catching waves on the beach with the third largest break in Florida, you may want to simply enjoy a stroll on the beach or take in the array of unique shops and wonderfully diverse restaurants located in this untouched beach town.
Who could pass up bird watching or casting a line off the Flagler Beach Municipal Pier? Our locals are always waiting to tell you about the one that got away.
Bulow Plantation Ruins State Park is a favorite destination for a relaxing nature walk or visit the ruins of the old sugar mill plantation. In Gamble Rogers State Park, the wildlife is amazing; Sea turtles lay their eggs here May through September. During the fall, many migrating species of songbirds can be spotted gracefully flying along the Atlantic Ocean. The nature beauty of this area is amazing
Other area attractions include: Marineland of Florida, Historical Sites and shopping in St. Augustine, plus the St. Augustine Lighthouse approximately 30 miles. For race enthusiasts, Daytona Internationally Speedway is about 20 minutes away.
