Description

Stoneybrooke was built by the area developer and an
heir to a
forestry company. It has handcarved doors and
fixtures by a
Smihsonian blacksmith.
Nestled against roaring Pennsylvania Creek just 5
minutes
from skiing in Breckenridge, Colorado, the bridge
across the
stream takes you to the national forest and a pristine
mountain. Decks run the entire length of the house
with a 4
person + hot tub at the upper end.
Completely furnished and stocked, this house is
perfect for a
large family or several couples to enjoy solitude just
minutes
from town.
Enjoy hiking and biking in the summer with trails
literally out
both the front and back doors. Lounge on the deck
and cook
on the gas grill while enjoying the hummingbirds and
squirrels. The roaring stream gives instant relaxation
and
deep sleep at night.
In the winter, the house is blanketed with snow and is a
beautiful oasis against the mountain behind it. The
kitchen is
outfitted for gourmet cooks with a separate bar and
entertainment area.
For those who must work, the house is completely wi-fi
and
wireless. There is unlimited long distance with a fax
machine
and wireless phones.
