| | Policies and Other Fees | | | | Cancellations and Refunds | | To cancel a confirmed reservation, please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to vacation, to give us as much time as possible to re-rent the home. We will need written notification of cancellation signed by the leaseholder that can be sent via mail or fax. If we are unable to re-rent home, no refund will be made. If we are able to re-rent home all monies less $500.00 booking deposit will be refunded.

| | Deposits | | In addition to the rental fee, a refundable $800.00 Security Deposit will be collected. Security Deposits will be refunded within 21 business days of your departure after inspection of the property and contents. The fee could be applied towards any damage or missing items and/or could be retained for violation of the non-smoking and/or pet clauses as stated in this lease.
