| | Policies and Other Fees | | | | Cleaning Fee: $200.00 | | Cancellations and Refunds | | To cancel a confirmed reservation, please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to vacation, to give us as much time as possible to re-rent the home. We will need written notification of cancellation signed by the leaseholder that can be sent via mail or fax. If we are unable to re-rent home, no refund will be made. If we are able to re-rent home all monies less $500.00 booking deposit will be refunded.

| | Deposits | | In addition to the rental fee, a semi-refundable $800.00 Security Deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. The Security Deposit must be paid by cash or money order or bank check. Please note, NO personal checks will be accepted for Security Deposits. The security deposit (less $200.00 for cleaning expenses) up to $600.00 will be refunded within 21 business days of your departure after inspection of the property and contents. The security deposit will cover cleaning ($200.00 fee) and could also be applied towards any damage or missing items and/or could be retained for violation of the non-smoking and/or pet clauses as stated in this lease.
