Rent Direct from Owners! Privately owned vacation rentals at Blacklake Golf Resort in Nipomo, California.
Just 15 minutes south of Pismo Beach, Blacklake Golf Resort is conveniently located on the Califoria Central Coast between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. The beautiful 27 hole golf course welcomes golfers of every level.
We are a group of private owners representing approximately 30 Blacklake Golf Resort vacation rentals, including condos and houses.
Condo units available include one story, two bedroom condos with one large bathroom or two bathrooms and two story condos with two or three bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. Most condo owners require a three night minimum, please ask about the possibility of a two night minimum - sorry, one night rentals are not possible. For one night rentals, we are happy to suggest a local hotel.
There are also several fully equipped and furnished houses available for vacation rental at Blacklake -minimum rental for the houses is 30 days.
We can accommodate one guest or a group requiring several rentals, subject to availability.
These rentals are all privately owned, so they are uniquely furnished and decorated by each owner. Because these condos and houses are all privately owned and offer different amenities rates vary, for two guests starting at $500 for three nights, $1000 per week and $2400 per month. Please discuss exact rates and other rental details with the owner when you inquire.
Discounted golf rates and 21 day advance tee times are available for Blacklake guests on a daily, bi- monthly, or monthly package. For our guests, Blacklake and Avila Beach Golf Resort offer daily rates, seven days a week, $65 per person including cart and one bucket of range balls per day.
Weather is ideal year round.

we have one story, two bedroom condos with one large bathroom or two bathrooms, two story condos with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms; and several beautiful houses in our Blacklake Vacation Rentals group.

Heated swimming pool and hot tub are onsite (not all owners belong to the Blacklake Swim Club, so if that is important to you, please ask). Beach
is 15 miles. Hearst Castle, Cambria, Morro Bay
is an hour's drive to the North, and Santa Barbara
is an hour's drive to the South.
