oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Hear the sounds of the ocean from
the second floor balcony. Our unit is comfortably furnished, just like
home. Why stay with us?? Because we have the most spectacular direct
oceanfront views on Daytona Beach!
The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both living room and master bedroom suite. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with oversized garden bathtub, separate walk-in shower. Bath towels included throughout. Second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Large closets, TV's and dressers in each bedroom. There are two additional bathrooms with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. No smoking allowed inside the unit.
The building features secured entrance, secured underground parking, a large community room with a big screen TV, pool table and unsecured WiFi connection. Across the hall is an exercise room overlooking the pool deck and beach. There are two heated swimming pools, 2 heated jacuzzis.
We are 5 miles from Daytona International Speedway, 2 miles from the Daytona pier, 90 minutes from DisneyWorld, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, 60 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Historic St. Augustine
Pets allowed with prior owner approval.
