Description

This 5 bedroom house with pool is located on a canal in the Southwest of Cape Coral. It is a gorgeous furnished property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Of course we also placed a BBQ grill in the outside area. The covered lanai has seats for 10 people and you are more than welcome to enjoy a BBQ dinner here.
The South facing pool can be heated in winter time.
The pool is 30 ft. long overlooking a very nice canal. Also the landscaping has been done in 2006. Enjoy your stay between gardenias and jasmine.
The house offers a very well equipped kitchen. It is as great equipped as a home because we would love to see you again in the following years.
The house offers 7 TVs. Each bedroom has its own TV, further we placed a 56" TV into the living room and an additional TV in the lanai.
For the children we bought a game cube and some games (just in case of a rain day). Of course we also have a DVD player and some DVDs for the family. A home theatre is also part of the living room.
