Welcome to Primrose Villa, our luxury four bedroom three bathroom home which is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Florida vacation a time to remember.
Our home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool with spa.
For golfers there is a superb on site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse.
The home is furnished to a high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture.
The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are also available if required.
Our home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of :
* stylishly furnished lounge with cable TV, telephone with free local calls.
* Family room, fully furnished looking out to the pool area.
* Dining room
* Fully equipped kitchen comprising: cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the utility area.
* Breakfast nook.
* Master bedroom including King size 4 poster bed, Master Bathroom, closet cable TV, DVD player.
* Second Master bedroom fully furnished with Queen bed, bathroom closet, cable TV.
* The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds (one is Disney themed ), and share the third bathroom
* 26'x12' screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if required Full selection of pool furniture provided.
* A playstation and games, CD player and selection of board games are provided.
* Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.
Southern Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated four star by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the top six in Florida.
In addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house, a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play area.
Outside the gated entrance, within walking distance there is a 24 hour WAL MART, bank, and fast food outlets, restaurants are also nearby.
Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major attractions, being about a 20 minute drive from Disney, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure, and about 30 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away.
