*2,252 square feet two-story penthouse includes 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3 full bathrooms.
*Beautifully landscaped pool area, large POOL with wading area for small children, HOT TUB, tennis court, sand volleyball court, cabana.
*Gas grills and picnic tables for entertaining by the pool.
*Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and amenities - dishwasher, disposal, microwave, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware.
*LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED! Ten fluffy bath towels and washcloths and sheets for each bed are provided. They must be washed, dried, folded, and neatly replaced before you leave. Or, bring your own from home to make check-out easy. The choice is yours. (Most renters will choose a combination of both to limit wash loads on check-out day. Bringing at least some of your own towels to use on the last day saves time in the dryer.)
