Many convenient walking destinations including the Washington Convention Center, MCI Center, Martin Luther King Memorial Library, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Franklin Park, the beautiful and revitalized China Town, Metro Stations, shops, restaurants, and etc. One on site parking space can be rented, and off site parking is available.
Condo Amenities:
This condo has over 550 sq ft of living space and includes one bedroom, one full bath, a living-dining room, and a fully appointed kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedding and towels are supplied. The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The condo also has a TV with cable, a VCR and DVD player.
