This lovely home is located in the midst of the Black Hills. So many activities within a half hour drive from your vacation home! You will find Mount Rushmore, Deadwood - the burial place of Calamity Jane & Wild Bill Hickok, The Circle B Ranch Chuck wagon Suppers & Western Music Show, Crazy Horse & Custer State Park, lakes, fly fishing streams, mountain biking, hiking and ATV trails. Plus, the brilliant star lite night skies, gentle breezes in the pines and the wonderful peace of the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Hill City is the nearest town to Spring Creek Cottage with a population of 900.
All of the amenities of home are provided; a great room/kitchen combination area, clothes washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, towels & bed linens, satellite TV and MUCH private outdoor space to explore and relax in including a hot tub.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms, the master has a king bed and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, there is also a sofa sleeper in the loft area. It has 2 1/2 baths.

| Security damage deposit is secured by a major credit card in the amount of $500 upon your arrival. If you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when you arrive there is NO CHARGE. If there is damage or extra cleaning required an invoice along with the balance of your deposit will be returned within 30 days. Deposit is 1/2 of your stay to confirm your reservation. Cleaning fee is $100.00 per reservation. Tax Rate is 5%. Rates are based on number of people in your party. $20.00 per additional person over low season occupancy of two people or peak season occupancy of six people. When you rent six consecutive nights the seventh night is FREE.
