Welcome to Turning Leaf Cottage on Long Lake just 2
miles from Balsam Lake, WI,in Polk County. We invite
you to enjoy sunsets, to relax on the deck with a good
book,and to watch eagles and the loons. Select a book
from the library shelf,catch up on some DVD's, or play
some table games. Sit on the bench on the private dock
where the fishing is great and watch the sunset.
The lodge is a comfortable and quiet retreat from
pressures. Relax in the open plan kitchen/living room
with hardwood floors and high vaulted ceiling. Enjoy
the majestic views from the expansive patio doors on
both levels that overlook the lake.
The cabin is 2600 square feet- 1300 sq. feet on each
level. There are 2 levels and 4 bedrooms. Each level
has a gas fireplace as well as 2 bedrooms (one queen,
one with twin beds, a full bathroom and patio doors
overlooking the lake. The lower-level family room also
has 2 twin beds, which can be pushed together for a
king size bed.
The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with large
island will be a gathering place. Also, there is an
attached garage with foosball table. There is washer/
dryer for your convenience.
This newly constructed lodge is designed for couples
and small groups who wish a tranquil getaway. Not
suitable for children under 6 years of age.
If you like to party, this is not the property for you!
Any misrepresentation of intent will result in
immediate eviction and no refund. No rental to anyone
under 25 years of age.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR
PETS INSIDE OR ANYWHERE OUTSIDE ON THE
PROPERTY!
The lake is GREAT for bass, northern, and pan fishing.
Just a short flight of stairs to the lake and dock. Relax
around a campfire, explore the lake on the paddle
boat, or sunbath on the swimming raft. Many local
attractions and restaurants nearby.
Personal and swimming towels not included except by
special arrangement. Bed linens and kitchen linens are
supplied. |

-Security Deposit of $1000 for first-time renters.
-Cleaning fee is waived if you leave property as you found it. If dishes, windows, floors, etc. need cleaning, you will have $100 deducted from security deposit. Damage to property deducted from security deposit.
Pontoon rental is possible for $700 a week or $125 per day. Peak season includes Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
