For monthly rentals or longer the home is located approximately 3/4 mile from Residents' Beach. For weekly rental the beach is a 2 minute drive.
Located close to tennis courts and restaurants and shoppping.
Fishing is just steps away on the privat boat dock that has a water-runing fish cleaning station.
