Individual suite rentals start at $145.00 per night.
Rocky Point Country Inn is a beautiful 3,000 square foot family style home with 4-bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, formal dining room and covered parking. $425.00 per night plus tax 15.95% up to 8 people. $25.00 per person after 8.
The Cottage This is a 2-bedroom 1,700 square foot home that gives you the feeling of a country lodge. Living room has floor to ceiling scenic windows and fireplace, full kitchen, Fenced yard and covered parking. $225.00 plus tax 15.95% up to 4 people. $25.00 per person after 4 .

RESERVATION POLICY:
15% of rental fee is due within 24hrs of making reservation. If not received in
this office reservation will be cancelled automatically. Full Payment must
be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. Christmas and New Years bookings are due 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balane of your rental fee on time may cancel your reservation and the property may be rented to another party.
