#12 Tina Dr. is a wonderful Caribbean style townhome on Navarre Beach just steps from Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf! It is island living at its best! It is a great one bedroom, one bath townhouse and we are open and waiting on your visit! Our pool is beautiful and ready to be enjoyed! We have great dates available. Always ask about our specials! Enjoy our little slice of paradise on Navarre Beach - private, fun in the sun! We are centrally located between the Gulf and the Sound, perpendicular to the Gulf with direct public access across the street. We are soundside on Navarre Beach - where the "quiet water" lies. We are close to the walking/biking path and close to the new public boat docks and state park area. Great location and Great price!
The Santa Rosa Sound is an intracostal waterway main channel so there's always something to see and enjoy. The summer brings out boats, waverunners, windsurgers, fishermen, etc. It is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where Navarre's pristine white sand and emerald blue water awaits you or to the Sound for all your boating fun. Tradewinds has a wonderful outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Because we are a small complex the pool is never crowded. We also have an upstairs balcony and a downstairs deck for grilling and other outdoor activities. There is a gas grill provided for your use. You will find a full size washer, dryer in the downstairs laundry room.
The decor in the townhouse is bright and fun - Caribbean style! Unit #12 has been completely remodeled this year. It has all new appliances, built in microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and is fully equipped. We have a wonderful bedroom, queen sized poster bed and one bath. There is a TV and DVD located in the bedroom for your enjoyment. Downstairs there is a queen sleeper sofa, enteretainment center with holds a TV and DVD player. We have a fully equipped kitchen and bar area for dining.
It is a No Smoking unit.
All linens are provided. This is a wonderful location on the island and a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of Navarre Beach at an affordable price. It is within walking distance of two of our wonderful island restaurants and corner market. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Navarre Beach while having all the luxuries of home at your fingertips. We have much to offer without the crowds and the price of the gulf to spoil it! Holidays and Spring Break May Be Higher. Weekly rentals run Sat to Sat. 3 night minimum rentals allowed. We require half the amount within 7 days of reservation and the balance is required 3 weeks before check in. There is a $250.00 damage deposit required plus $100.00 additional for pet deposit. Payment can be made by check or credit card through Pay Pal. Cleaning Fee is 70.00 and tax is 10.5%. Minimum rental age is 23.
