This Villa will appeal to the most discerning guest who requires
very clean, luxurious but affordable accommodations. The villa is
furnished to the highest standard with a relaxing Floridian theme
throughout. It is most impressive and is situated in a lovely
neighborhood in Spring Hill, Florida surrounded by other beautiful
homes.
You can enjoy swimming in the private pool, a pool side barbeque or relaxing in the SPA. The Villa is close to shopping areas, parks, movies and restaurant.
The Villa is minutes away from Pine Island Beach, only 45 minutes
from Bush Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney. Buccaneer Bay
featuring water rides, Mermaid and Bird shows is only ten minutes
away. The Weeki Wachee Boat Rental Marina, Deep Sea fishing boat
charter and Marian Fish Camp is only 15 minutes away. This makes
this Villa a wonderful vacation home for families wishing to fish,
visit both Disney and Bush Garden or just relax.
Fax and Wireless Internet access is available. Fast, easy access to
Tampa and the Tampa Airport via the Veterans Expressway makes this
Villa an excellent choice for business travelers, family reunions or some other special event.
The villa is completely air conditioned, along with ceiling fans in each room. There is an inside laundry closet with a washer and
dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding door to the
pool, a TV, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and an adjacent
bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-size bed.
There is a formal living room which is beautifully furnished in a
Floridian Theme. The family room consists of a TV,DVD/VCR computer with Internet access, and two sliding glass doors to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and utensils. The
dining room has a lovely view of the pool. All linens, bath towels,
(including pool towels), are furnished. Fresh linens and bath towels can be replenished daily by request.
