Spend your family vacation in Mission Beach on our beautiful private patio steps to the beach! --On one of the best courts in Mission.
We will provide you with everything you need for the beach including: 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a medium sized cooler, and a boogie boards.
When you reserve your stay, if you need anything special just ask in advance and we may be able to provide it--Even discount coupons for local attractions!
Rather than staying at a "run of the mill" vacation rental or hotel, this is truly a one-time opportunity to stay in a custom home during the prime holiday season in San Diego. The house sits on a nice court on the ocean side of Mission Beach - "Jersey Court." It is just four houses from the oceanfront boardwalk and is just steps to the sand and water. The home was recently remodeled with real hardwood flooring, has a newer kitchen, a full size washer & dryer. The beach house has a great feel with all the amenities to feel at home, even an outdoor shower. You will have a wonderful vacation in our home.
We have a large private patio area with a barbecue and table & chairs for relaxing, dining, or soaking up the sun (see picture). There is also a smaller back patio.
The layout includes: one master bedroom with two large closets, and a connected full bath. The second bedroom is a bit smaller with a small armoire closet, and a full bath (unconnected).
The home is close to Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and San Diego's historic Old Town area. La Jolla (the Jewel) is just a few miles north with amazing shopping and restaurants/bars. A visit to our beach house will truly be a memorable one for you and your family. |
