ABOUT OUR PROPERTIES:
Right in the center of town, your are foot steps away from the Beatle Bar, 1 block away from the beach and located on the main street in Jaco Beach. We have a total of 9 condos for rent:
5 - 1 bedroom condos that sleep up to 4
3 - 2 bedroom condos that sleep up to 6
1 - 3 bedroom condo that sleeps up to 8
All units are new and never been lived in! Units have new tile, paint, cabinets, bathrooms and custom furniture throughout all the houses. All units are in a gated community with 24/7 security. Units Comprise a living room with double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, patio and it's own parking space.
For your convenience, we provide cooking utensils, china, flatware, towels and bed linens. Regular maid service will be provided on a daily basis unless requested otherwise.
If you tire of watching the sunset, enjoy cable TV in the living room or visit the local gym. Casino and shops just foot steps away. You will have an english speaking property manager, that will help you in anyway possible to enjoy your stay. Our property manager works at the local century 21 office and is located right at the gate entrance of the community.
