Tucked away on a private island in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, a charming seaside village just north of Fort Lauderdale, the Terra Mar Villa is the perfect base from which to explore South Florida. The Villa is close to golf and the ocean. It takes less than 15 minutes to the ocean by yacht, and you can scuba dive right off the beach without a boat. One can head on down to Miami’s sizzling nightlife, the laid-back Florida Keys or visit Ft. Lauderdale’s exclusive shops and restaurants. And, if that is still not enough you can take a trip up to Disney World in Orlando. It’s all within your reach.
This modern three-bedroom rental home is as easy as a summer breeze. The master bedroom, the spacious living room and the formal dining area all open up to a lovely pool. The pool area is adjacent to Terra Mar’s private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. For the Sailor, the dock will accommodate up to a 75 foot yacht and has deep water access with full hook-ups; and beach lovers will adore the short stroll to the surf along a palm-shaded path.
