A Southern Cosy Cottage. Located near Championship Golf Course, Outlet Malls, A Place at The Beach, Dixie Stampede, Barefoot Landing, Waccamaw River, Intercostal Waterway and near all surrounding beaches.
The Evergreen Cottage is private and secluded sitting on 2- 1/5 acres.
The location, The elegant atmosphere and the charm of the Evergreen Cottage quickly soothes a person into a complete state of relaxation.
Sits in a quiet rural neighborhood north of Historic Conway, South Carolina. Located 4 miles to the oldest boatlanding and it's open to the public. Conway Marina and Little River Marina is located near by.
Conway was established in 1733 in what was then South Carolina's Colonial Frontier.
Take a walk on the Boardwalk along the riverfront and revel in the beauty of The Waccamaw River. There are Boats,Pontoon boats and Conoes for rent at the marinas. Pinic or dine at one of the small area restaurants, or charter a boat ride on The Kingston Lady.
Access the Waccamaw River which leads directly into the Alantic Ocean for a great full day of fun!
ACCOMMODATIONS: This 2 bedroom, One bath Cottage (Located on 2 1/2 acres)offers plenty of privacy and ample shade provided by the many different types of Evergreens.
The beautiful surroundings are great for retirees and fokes wanting to avoid the heavy downtown traffic.
Spend a lasy morning swinging on the front porch, stroll around the spacious yard or grill your supper on the screened in back porch.
Everything you need to "move in" is furnished. Two queen beds, Large full bath,telephone,TV,Cable, Microwave and dishwasher,central heat and air.
A washer and dryer, built in ironing board are provided for your convenience. Towels,linens and lots of other amenities are furnished.
Situated less than 15-30 minutes to most attactions along the Grand Strand.
THE COTTAGE IS LOCATED APPROX. 15 MINUTES FROM MYRTLE BEACH ANS NORTH MYRTLE BEACH RIGHT OFF HWY. 22 AT THE CONWAY EXIT. YOU CAN BE DOWN ON THE BEACH ON 8TH AVE. NORTH MYRTLE WITHIN 20 MINUTES AT THE SHORE CREST RESORT. TO MYRTLE BEACH TO THE A PLACE AT THE BEACH WITHIN 20 DEPENDING ON HOW HEAVY TRAFFIC IS ON HWY.501. SURFSIDE BEACH IN 25 MINUTES ON HWY. 544.
