Winter non-holiday weekends are 1400 plus tax(8%) and cleaning fee of 115.
Summer weeks range from 800-1500 depending on group size.We base prices on number of people, length of stay and time of year. We are very negotiable particularly in the off season. Please feel free to call and let's make a deal.
