Two privately owned condos, professionally managed by Caper Beach Club.
Both condos, 306 &1106 are corner end units with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Each condo is an end unit; therefore instead of a condo wall next to you, you get an extra open air balcony with access through the kitchen and master bedroom, plus a wall full of windows.
306 is located on the third floor and 1106 is located on the 11th floor, one floor from the top.

Professionally decorated.
Two bedrooms, two full baths in each condo.
One balcony & One screened-in beach facing Lanai in each condo.
Master bedrooms have a king bed, private bath and balcony. Guest bedrooms have two beds, a queen & twin or a king depending on condo. Maximum occupancy is five people per condo.
Each Condo features:
Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Charcoal BBQ located in the courtyard.
Washer & dryer located in unit.
Cable television.
Heated Outdoor Pool
Walking distance to shopping, churches, grocery store, library and restaurants.
