There are two large decks (including one with a hot tub and privacy),slate floor entrance,cathedral ceilings,new stainless steel appliances,new granite counter tops and breakfast bar,all new kitchen items,pots and pans,flatware,dishes,glassware,2 microwaves and a gas barbeque. New furniture,comforters,towels,600 count sheets,pillows,linens,new remote stereo music system,kids' movies,game table,air hockey,board games and nintendo.
Within walking distance to spectacular wild flower color show of Paige Meadows and minutes from the private,quiet,and exclusive Tahoe Park Beach Association which offers approximately 3.2 acres of beautiful beaches with two piers,possible buoy,serene picnic areas with tables,barbeques with extensive lawn and garden areas,horseshoes,sand volleyball court,basketball court,new bathroom and changing rooms. The key for access is provided. Sunnyside resort with beach,market,and locals favorite Firesign Cafe and all within one block walking distance. One suggestion is to dine on the Sunnyside Patio and watch your kids play next to you on the beach. In the winter, you have the option to ski from the our front door to excellent cross country skiing and snow shoeing on National Forest Trails.
