Comfortable, spacious, fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in a cul-de-sac on the much-desired West Side of Tucson.
This home has been completely updated to make your stay a great one!
House is complete with a full kitchen, dining room with sliding door to the patio, and living room with a fireplace for those cool winter nights. Huge backyard features a large covered patio with ceiling fans, lighting, patio furniture, and gas grill (propane included). We have also added a 6-8 person Jacuzzi, with AM/FM radio and CD player built in; for your enjoyment. A 2-car garage complete with garage door opener, which leads to a second entrance through the laundry room (washer and dryer included) and pantry. Bedrooms have new carpet with the rest of the house displaying a beautiful new wood floor. Queen bed in the master bedroom, full size bed in one bedroom and two twin size beds in the other. Double doors open up to master bedroom which has a private bathroom complete with tiled shower. Front bathroom is a tub/shower combination, perfect for the little ones or just to relax after sight-seeing. Both bathrooms have new ceramic tiled floors. Enjoy the living room and its sofa and matching oversized chair and ottoman, cable television, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. There is also a computer with high-speed internet and printer. Fresh paint and tasteful Tuscan décor invite you to relax and enjoy your vacation or business trip. Perfect for couples, families of any size, guys/girls get-a-ways (don't forget spring training fellas!), and of course business.
