middle of the prestigious Pelican Landing gated community,
this delightful 2-bedroom condo is the perfect getaway for
anyone looking for either complete relaxation or an
abundance of activities. Pelican Landing is an outstanding
example of award-winning community planning and
development. Only 10 minutes north of Naples or 20 minutes
south of the Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft.
Myers, its location is splendid.

Pelican Landing is located between Tamiami Trail (41) and the
Gulf of Mexico, separated only by lush landscaping and
gorgeous nature preserves. Each of the communities within
the development has its own identity and living style. Enjoy
our 4 bicycles as you ride dreamily through community after
community of multi-million dollar, wonderfully landscaped
homes and condos. Rental includes full access to a private
beach on the gulf, and you will enjoy the ten-minute scenic
ride across Estero Bay aboard the free pontoon shuttle.
Complimentary canoes and kayaks are also available if you’d
like to paddle through the waterways out to the bay. The
condo is surrounded by gorgeous golf courses and is walking
distance from the community pool, tennis courts, and
exercise facilities. If shopping is your thing, outlet malls and
consignment shops abound throughout the area.

Decorated with care, the interior is truly special, filled with
original oil paintings, beautiful furniture, and custom-made
bedding. Its window-filled walls, with plantation shutters, give
the place a classic Florida feeling. Looking out over the lake,
the screened-in lanai is a marvelous place to enjoy your
morning coffee or play cards in the afternoon. The master
bathroom includes a double sink, over-sized tub, shower, and
separate toilet room. Both multi-windowed bedrooms are
beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Whether
you eat simply or enjoy creating fine cuisine, the kitchen is
fully appointed with all of the necessary items you will need.
You simply cannot go wrong with this place! If we could live
there all year long, we would!!
