Snowshoe Mountain is considered the premier ski resort East of the Rocky Mountains and South of New England. With an average snowfall of 180 inches it is a skiers paradise. The Mountain has 100% snow making capacity on 275 acres of terrain. With 57 trails there is skiing for beginners to experts. There are 2 expert trails 1.5 miles long with a 1500 foot vertical drop. Enjoy night skiing on 14 trails at the Silver Creek ski area. There are 2 high speed detachable quad lifts, 2 fixed lifts and 7 triple lifts.
This spectacular home offers the enviable convenience of ski-in/ski-out. Located within walking distance to the Snowshoe Village, you will find an array of fine restaurants, nightclubs and stores. Sit back and enjoy open air concerts in the heart of the village.

Enjoy the beautiful summer days playing golf at the Gary Player designed Raven Golf Course, rated “top 100 in the country” by Golf Magazine. For the more adventurous there are miles of trails to bike ride in this 11,000 acre paradise. Experience unspoiled nature as you hike through undescribable nature trails. Visit us in mid September through October and feast yourself to the most unimaginable display of colors as the leaves turn before the start of winter.
