Description

Silvertown Condominiums are two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts and ski school. One block away from supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on free Park City shuttle bus which provides transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.
5 Br/4 bath, 2000sf, condominium (3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 with twins, additional small loft with twin bed and pull out in living room. Includes a 1br/1bath “lock out unit”. Sleeps 12-14.
Our goal is not monetary gain, but to have a place for our family and friends to use as a winter retreat a couple of times a year. Our rates are about 15% less than the rates of similar for profit condos in the complex.
We love to host families with children, making this condo perfect for taking a ski trip with two or three families or a family reunion. For winter of 2005 we will be adding a childrens play pen, high chair, family board games and video games.
