| Oceanview Seabrook Island Spinnaker Beachhouse villa completely restored in October 2003. Access to club amenities available! Seabrook Island is a private, gated resort community next to Kiawah Island and 21 miles from historic Charleston SC. There are no high rise hotels and gated security. Seabrook has a quiet, uncrowded atmosphere to enjoy ocean sunsets on three miles of pristine beach where dolphins play. Only property owners and their guests have access to this beautiful island. If you enjoy observing dolphins, sea turtles, deer, fox, alligators and more, then Seabrook is for you! Spinnaker Beachhouses offer one of the best locations on the island, as well as a truly functional floor plan. We purchased our Spinnaker Beachhouse villa summer 2003 and gutted it. Large tile floors were installed in living/bath areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has new appliances, new Avanza quartz countertops with undermount stainless steel sink and Moen faucet. The cabinets have new paint and hardware. The bathrooms have all new Moen & Kohler fixtures, restored tub units and marble vanity tops. The popcorn textured ceiling have been stripped and repainted smooth. All interior doors and trim are new and painted. The walls are painted in tasteful, bright colors. All the living/dining furniture and most of the bedroom furniture is new. The dining table seats six with two additional barstools at the countertop overlooking the kitchen. The living room has one sofa, one sofabed, one chair with ottoman and a La-z-boy swivel rocker recliner. The entertainment center has a 32" TV with DVD player and cable hook-up. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with end tables and dresser. This bedroom has a cable TV with DVD and large closet. There is a private deck off the master bedroom that looks out to the ocean! The main floor bedroom has two twin beds, twin sleep/sofa, dresser, end table and large closet. Both bedrooms and living room have new quiet ceiling fans. There is a large deck off the kitchen with new patio furniture. This villa is like new! Why rent an outdated, all-white beach rental with old furniture? 1-2 minute walk to three miles of pristine beach. 1-2 minute walk to dining, pools, golf and fitness center. Four Kiawah Island golf courses 5 minute drive. Tennis and horseback riding five minute drive. Charter a deep sea fishing boat or sunset cruise from Bohicket Marina 5 minute drive. Rent bicycles and tour the island! Bring your inline skates- the roads are great for rollerblading! Surf fish, inshore fish or go crabbing at the crab dock! Kayaks, watersports available. Grocery store, shops and banking are 5 minutes drive. Fresh Fields Village is under construction outside the Seabrook/Kiawah gates. Fresh Fields will bring more shops, restaurants, an ampitheatre, park with lake and more in the near future. This is a wonderful family beach vacation! Sorry, no smoking, no pets. |
