Description

Warm and cozy knotty pine cabin with stone fireplace,
large living room, new bath and enclosed porch.
Completely redone outside and remodeled inside.
Large yard with mature trees and lots of room to play.
Safe, large and private bon fire pit in back yard, with
adirondack chairs to sit on. Highly rated by the guests
who have stayed.
All linens, except bath essentials are furnished.
One block to the sixth most beautiful lake in the
world, Higgins Lake. Community dock at end of road,
with great swimming. Short drive to the South State
Park.
Bringing a boat? Private hoist on lake available for an
extra charge of $100.00 a week
This property is also in a great hunting area and is
available during that season and also the colors start
changing right around Labor Day and it is available all
fall. We have just had a new furnace installed, so it will
stay nice and warm through Nov 19, which is when we
close it for the season. Available for weekends all fall,
at $70.00 a night, two night minimum.
