Our Cozy, one-bedroom, completely furnished condominium located just a short walk
to the beach, is the perfect platform to help you achieve such a great and relaxing
vacation. These Condos include a completely-new kitchen and tile floors .The Master
bedroom has a queen size bed and spacing walking closet. In the living-room also a
queen-size sleeper sofa. It is in a building called "Pearl of the Sea" which is in a highly desirable
location.....just a few blocks to world famous Cocoa Beach Pier.
This well situated complex is just 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 20 minutes from
the Kennedy Space Center, and only 60 minutes from Disney. The quiet streets of
Cape Canaveral are great for biking and taking strolls to the area amenities.
Less than an hour to Disney World, Sea World and all of Orlando's magical attractions. Deap sea fishing and Casino cruise lines are less than 5 minutes away in Port Canaveral. Kennedy Space Center less than 10 minutes away. Enjoy your vacation in this gorgeous condo in Cocoa

The location is ideal, on a quiet residential street, just a short blocks from the ocean, and a ten minute drive from the heart of CocoaBeach. This well situated complex is just 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, and only 60 minutes from Disney. Port Canaveral, home to numerous cruise ships, is a short
five minute drive. The Port also boasts two casino cruise lines, with twice daily departures. Two golf courses are located within 15 minutes, and a major shopping mall is just ten minutes away.
