THE HOME / VILLA IS IN A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF PRIVATE HOMES AND WELL KEPT AND QUIET. A NEW PARK HAS JUST BEEN BUILT WITH TENNIS COURTS. THERE ARE 30 GOLF COURSES WITHIN 30 MINUTES. THERE IS EVEN A NIGHT LIGHTED ONE WITH RANGE. CRAZY GOLF FOR THE KIDS. NEARBY IS THE SUGAR SAND BEACHES OF THE GULF ALONG WITH MANY LOCAL THINGS TO DO.
