Description
|
Beautiful Cape Cod style home on the Necanicum river with a peak of the Pacific. Classic home with lovely gardens, and comfortable furnishings. We have 3 bedrooms with a king bed in the sunriver room, 3 twins that can be made up to 1 king and 1 twin in the river room, and a double for those who like to cuddle in the cottage room. The living/dining has a sleeper sofa. The family room, kitchen overlook the patio with firepit (for marshmallow roasting), hammock and river. The sunporch with vintage rattan is the perfect place to write a letter and have a Tiki drink. We have a Canoe,life jackets and a crab ring if you want to catch dinner. The Hot tub sits 8 and is off the livingroom, with bath house and large deck for dining or sunbathing. We also have a outdoor heater for warm evening dining. The front yard is private with room for a game of crouquet and a glass of wine.
Close to everything but in the quiet north side of Seaside. We are 4 short blocks from the bike rental and 5 blocks from the theatre and outlet mall. The beach is just a canoe ride across the river or about a 15 min walk away. Downtown Seaside is just a 20 min. walk or 5 min drive for great resturants and shopping.
