Locality - the villa is situated on the outskirts of the city of Varna.
The site is around 5 km northeast (toward the sea resort called "Golden Sands") from the city center, on the hills over the bay of Varna. The place is very quiet with clean and fresh air and gives a perfect lovely view to the bay
of Varna, the port and Varna lake.

Satelite TV - TV set in every room; extension telephones in every room; contracted guarding company with radio security system (2 panick buttons); local heating system; local spare (2 wells with automated pumps) water supply system; garage for 1 car and parking yard for 3 cars; remute control opening main gates.
Swimming pool - under project. Meanwhile the visitors can use the facilities of the hotel nearby (20 m from the villa) restaurant/barbeque and two swimming pools.
Remark: owner occupies the 4th floor.
