Description

This is a great family beach house in the outstanding
BEACH FRONT community of MORGANTOWN. The
house is new and has a wonderful open floor plan.
There are 3 bedrooms up and one down. Each
bedroom has an entrance to one of the four porches for
added space and privacy.
On the main floor, there is a small bedroom with a bath,
large kitchen/dining area and living room all with
access to porches.
There is covered parking under the house that also
provides a place to play out of the sun in a cool area.
The house is on a cul de sac and only a few steps from
the pool. I can't say enough about how great this
community is for kids. The streets are quiet enough for
even the little one's to ride bikes and the beach access
is only steps away.
The view from the porches is wonderful, the tennis
courts can be seen from the upper front porch and the
gulf from the back. One of the porches is screened.
There are great places to eat nearby and groceries are
located only a few miles away along with anything else
you would need. There is so much to do in the area, the
biggest problem will be how to fit it all in. There is
fishing, boating, golf, golf ,golf, water parks, outlet
shopping and more.
Once people visit Alabama's coast, they don't want to
leave. It truly is the Emerald Coast and the beaches are
beautiful.

tennis. It truly is a Great Place!
