Jana Antico Frantoio in Vinci is a guest farm with a mansion that has just been restructured. It is located on a typical olive trees cultivated Tuscan hill in the municipality of Vinci (where Leonardo was born) just 3 km from the town. The charming country house, standing on a top of a hill with a superb view and a peaceful landscape, is surrounded by olive trees,and it is only 25 km. far from Florence, in an ideal position to reach Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena, Lucca, Pistoia and the various famous medioeval towns of the Chianti Area as well. Take note we're on the top of a hill but just 6 km far from the highway so you can easily move to visit different cities of arts every day.
The house (more than 1000 mqs)is very spacious and has been divided into 7 large and elegant apartments for the guests, which can be joined to accommodate even large groups (till 12 persons in two joined apartaments 240 mqs). The property has been completely restructured in full respect of the Tuscan architectural style, with the handsome façade in bare stone, the door and window frames in grey sandstone, the roof ventilated with modern technology but made using the ancient tiles, the interior floors in classic red terracotta, the ceilings with great beams in chestnut, oak and cypress, or beams in antique terracotta, the plaster walls tinted in pale hues, the stone stairways, and the original frescoes that decorate some of the ceilings.Guests have a 6 x 12 meter pool a their complete disposal open from may to september surrounded by olive trees and by the quiet of nature .Every apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. Community area with an ancient restructured oven, grill and a zone equipped with tables and benches for outdoor enjoyment.

We're in a famous area for production of high quality wines (Chianti or Carmignano) and extravirgin olive oil so you can visit wineries and oil Mills
Florence and its shops are 25 min by car or train.
If you want a thermal relaxing day, Montecatini Terme and the beaty spa are distant 18 km (famous shopping in Montecatini for shoes, bags and leather articles)

We consent even short stays during all year (minimum stay two nights) and the cost for each adults for night in bed & breakfast service(rich breakfast included) is 50/60 euros.
At your arrival we ask you a caution against damages of 200,00 euros in cash which we'll be given back to you before your departure.
If you decide to book an apartment we ask you a 30% advance payment to confirm your reservation.
