Completely renovated including , central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors Nicely furnished. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king size bed, down comforter, pillows and cable TV. Second bedroom also has a queen size feather bed with down comforter and pillows and third bedroom equipped with two comfortable twin beds. Livingroom also has fireplace.
Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... Family room has cable TV, VCR, fireplace, two couches, and a book case full of books. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors
