Our lovely 3-4 bedroom Townhouse has over 1500 SQ FT of space divided over 3 floors, plus an additional 1-car garage located on the lower level.
It is located in a tranquil community named “Fiddler’s Green”. Our cheerfully decorated townhome provides a pleasant and peaceful place to relax.
All amenities and comforts of home are included. It is conveniently located halfway between Fort Myers, (55M), and Sarasota,(40M). It is just 17 miles to Venice, and about 15 miles to the Port Charlotte Mall. There is a direct exit off Interstate 75 to Englewood.
You are just minutes from Cape Haze , Windward, Rotonda West, Don Pedro Island, Manasota Key, South Gulf Cove and “Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World”- Boca Grande.
There are many activities to enjoy in the immediate area--or take advantage of some of the finest State Parks nearby. If golf is your pleasure, you will be pleased to know you will be located right in the middle of at least 20 different golf courses--all within an 8 mile drive. From the 2 front balconies, you can overlook the "Wild flower" golf course.
