This lovely terraced villa is set in the grounds of a nice development, in a quiet area of the town of Nerja, only 5 minutes walk to Burriana beach, and afew minutes walk to the town centre. The villa sleeps 6/8 people 3 bedrooms, the double master bedroom has an en suite shower room, balcony with sea and mountain views, two twin bedrooms both with balconies and views of the garden and pool, there is also a family bathroom upstairs. 2 extra beds are available, The new kitchen, has a four ring hob, oven, iron & board, a fridge freezer, microwave, juicer, cool box, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc. The large lounge diner is nicely furnished, with sofa and chairs, it has a radio, fan, satilite T V, giving many English programmes, dining table & chairs. There are wonderful views to the sea and mountains from the terrace, the terrace has table chairs and loungers, & B B Q,. There is a large swimming pool (above) situated in the centre of the villas, with plenty of lawn space.
and shower. A car is not really needed for this villa unless you want to go outside Nerja..
Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A welcome pack will be placed in the fridge, which will include milk, eggs, bread and water, margarine. teabags, loo rolls. Cot £20 per week, extra bed £50 per week. Please note if you have a larger party, we also have another 3 bedroom villa and 2 X 2 bedroom villas in La Hacienda.
