This North Captiva Island Vacation Rental offers spectacular 360 degree Gulf and Island views and a sparkling new private pool. Our fully air-conditioned home has 3 levels; the lower level includes 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 4 twin beds), 2 full baths, full-size washer and dryer, and a screened porch with hottub off the master bedroom. Second level includes an impressive great room with cathedral ceiling, including a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and eating utensils and cookware.
The great room also includes an open dining area with a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 4; and living area with leather sleeper sofa, satellite TV, VCR, and stereo. Off the great room is a third full bath and a spacious lanai with Gulf views. From the lanai is a spiral staircase leading to the 3rd-level sun deck with spectacular 360-degree Gulf and Island views. Other amenities include a Weber charcoal grill, a video collection, board games, towels and linens.
Your stay also includes full use of the private North Captiva Island Club and its 2 heated swimming pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, children's play area, and complimentary use of the club's bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, and fishing gear. The use of a 4 person golf cart is also included during your stay. Isla Vista will make yours a vacation to remember.
