This beautifully decorated Oceanview Studio condo is located across from the beach and sleeps up to four guests. This four-story resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone at Mariner's Cove, 3700 South Atlantic Ave. #309. The resort has an elevator, swimming pool, shuffleboard, and on-site laundry room. There is free parking behind the building and free beach access just steps away.
This deluxe oceanview studio condominium has just been totally renovated in 2005. It has sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony with views to the sea. When you walk in the front door you see blue ocean. It has a living room with plenty of comfortable seating including a recliner and reading chair, plus a queen size sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has a dinette to seat up to six guests. The kitchen and bathroom have all new cabinets and plumbing. The kitchen is well stocked with major and small appliances, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom has a separate dressing room area with closet and vanity. There is plenty of storage room for clothing.
My studio efficency is located across from the elevator on the 3rd floor directly across from the beach and ocean front park. The park is located in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family safety. The oceanfront park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic and recreation area, and a life guard on duty. The park has a playground, a basketball court, and two handball courts. You can spend the whole day at the beach and then return to your condo just steps away. If you don't want to walk across the street to the beach, just pack the car with all your beach stuff and drive across to the beach with free parking available.
This studio condo can accommodate up to four guests with a comfortable full size Murphy Bed and Sleeper Sofa. My guests love how easy the Bed glides down and then disappears back into a large wall cabinet during the day. It's so much nicer than a hotel room. No more having to walk around beds.
