SummerPlace Villa occupies one of the best sites on the select, gated development of High Grove. Why look out on to another pool screen when you can stay with us and enjoy a view of the community commons!

· Family Room: 2 and 3 seater sofas one of which will convert into a double bed, easy chair and entertainment centre including Direct T.V.DVD/CD player, selection of board games.
· Fully fitted Kitchen: breakfast bar, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with icemaker, coffee machine, toaster etc
· Formal Dining area: table and 6 chairs
· Laundry Room: washer and drier, iron and ironing board
· Pool Bathroom leading to:
· Block paved deck area with table, chairs and loungers, south-facing 26ft x14ft pool that may be heated (at additional cost) during the cooler months. The perfect area for topping up your tan or taking an alfresco meal after a day enjoying the fun of the theme parks!
· Please note doors from the Family Room and Pool Bathroom, which provide access to the pool area, are alarmed to ensure your peace of mind when there are children in your party.

All bedrooms are on the upper floor of the villa – the perfect solution if like our family you have some who prefer to swim early in the morning whilst others wish to lie in! Master Bedroom 1: King size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, cable TV, clock/radio, en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, bath, separate shower cubicle, separate W.C.
· Master Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, cable TV, clock/radio access to:

Guests have use of the community clubhouse where complimentary tea, coffee and newspapers are available. For guests who wish to maintain their fitness regime, there is an aircoditioned gym with step and running machines and exercise bike. Or you may prefer,to play foosball or pool on the full-size table. Or,simply watch TV or a DVD or relax by the community pool or 7 seater spa! Families with young children are welcome to use the kids play area. High Grove has all the facilities you would expect from a first class vacation resort but is small enough to retain a community feel.
