Enjoy your stay at this recently-renovated, direct oceanfront 3BR, 2BA condo at the popular Water Pointe II Resort, located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Relax in the quiet family atmosphere and on the wide, south-facing beach. Swim year-round in the indoor heated and outdoor oceanfront pools. Get a great night's sleep in our extra-plush beds.
You'll be delighted with the comfort of our non-smoking condo, decorated predominantly with soothing, natural tones of sand, blue, lavender, pink, and soft green. You'll quickly relax in the cozy living room and newly furnished bedrooms with cotton quilts on each bed. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, TV, Private Bath, and Oceanfront Balcony. The Guest Bedroom has a King Bed and TV, and the Third Bedroom has two Twin "Captain's Beds" with ample storage below. A hall bath serves the latter two bedrooms.
A queen sleeper-sofa with Sealy Posturepedic mattress provides extra sleeping space in the living room. Corner entertainment center houses a TV, which you can enjoy from anywhere in the room, a DVD/CD/Stereo System and VCR, games, puzzles, and videos. Two swivel-rockers, a sand-dollar table, end tables, and an ottoman complete the living room furnishings.
The dining area has a large table with seating for five, plus a bar counter with two barstools. The kitchen with new countertops and tile backsplashes is completely equipped with everything you could need. New or almost new appliances include the range, large microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, full-size front-loading washer & dryer, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender. A wet bar gives you an extra area for entertaining or grooming.
From the private oceanfront balcony, you'll be able to see the Grand Strand curving in a crescent shape to the northeast and the southwest. Facing southeast, you'll enjoy sun all day. Sip a cool drink while you relax in one of the two rocking chairs and watch dolphins and sea birds.

Waterpointe II, "The All-Seasons Resort," remains a top pick among Myrtle Beach condos for its moderate size, family-friendly location, and amenities.
Resort amenities include oceanfront indoor heated pool and hot tub, oceanfront outdoor pool and kiddie pool, large oceanfront sundeck with lounge chairs, two picnic areas with grills, two elevators, two parking areas, and a fitness room. The building is secured, with a key required to enter the lobby and elevator area.

North Myrtle Beach is a wonderful family-oriented area with beautiful beaches and a variety of neighborhoods and oceanfront dwellings. Windy Hill is the southernmost part of North Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf, entertainment, and attractions along the Grand Strand, accessible along or from nearby US Hwy 17.
Waterpointe II, a ten-story building with 54 units, is located in the middle of Windy Hill and is only 1.2 miles from "Barefoot Landing" and about 10 miles from "Broadway at the Beach," which are two popular outdoor dining, shopping, and entertainment complexes. Next door is another 10-story building, and on the other side are several small buildings and houses. With these and our parking lot directly across the street (Ocean Blvd.), you will have lots of open space and sunshine. |
