Rentals are for one-week minimum stays or 3 day weekends. Rates apply for up to four people in one-bedroom units. For longer stays, every fourth week may be discounted per schedule.
Mulit-month reservations are accepted up to a year in advance with a 50% deposit. Monthly and weekly reservations are accepted up to 12 weeks in advance with a 50% deposit.
Holidays & special events may be higher. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit is required to hold a reservation. A $125 exit cleaning fee and 11% state and local tax will apply. Check In Time: 1pm
