Tiffany Place condominium sits right on the beach and overlooks the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our white sandy beaches and its breath taking views have been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Our wide and serene beaches are perfect for those long walks, shell hunting and relaxing.
This beautiful condominium has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable dining room, family room with comfortable reclining leather furniture and an outdoor balcony. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous courtyard with lush palm trees and tropical plants, swimming pool and the wonderfully refreshing Gulf and beach.

Besides relaxing in comfortable accommodations, seeing beautiful views and gorgeous beaches, you'll enjoy the charm of the Island. The whole island is a bird sanctuary where you can see Blue Herons, Egrets, Wood Ibis, Pelicans, Terns, Parrots and Sand Pipers. You'll even see dolphins swim up and down for their daily feedings.
Our tropical weather brings our Northern and European friends down for months at a time in the winter, and the cool island breezes make the summer months just as relaxing.
Anna Maria is filled with local charm. Our shops are filled with art from the best of Florida artists. Enjoy many fine restaurants on the water, at the pier and inland. We have everything from seafood, pizza to burgers, and a 5 star restaurant. You can even catch a play at the local theater.

2 week minimum with NO exceptions. Sorry.
2 week Rentals $2450 plus tax and $350 security deposit.
4 Week Rentals $4900 plus tax
Each additional day beyound 2 weeks is $175.00 per day.
There is an additional charge os $10 per day per person over 4.
25% Deposit plus 10.5% tax is due to reserve, with a 90 day cancellation notice.
$350 Security deposit due with the deposit.
