Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen (all with hardwood
floors) and a large, sunny bedroom with a full bath.
Sliders from the Dining Room lead to a large mahogany
deck (gas grill, patio furniture) overlooking a
magnificent in-ground swimming pool and a lovely
patio surrounding it. There is also a wonderful ''ship''
playhouse and a swingset for the little ones and an
outdoor shower.Upstairs features two bedrooms, a
family room with cable T.V. and a pull-out sofa, and a
full bath. The walk-in basement features one bedroom,
a kitchenette, and a full bath with laundry appliances...
...The home is centrally located in the Upper Cape
which makes it more convenient for half day or day
trips to: Many beautiful beaches, The Cape Cod Canal,
Plymouth (the Mayflower, Plymouth Plantation), Boston
(car, bus or train), Falmouth, Woods Hole (ferries to
Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket), Barnstable and
Provincetown. All destinations where you can sight see,
hike, golf, swim, bike, kayak, go on a whale watch, etc.
Also, we are three minutes from Holly Ridge Golf
Course in Sandwich.
