Both of our affordable, two bedroom villas have been completely remodeled and have everything you could want in a vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. As private owners of these two villas, we spared no expense in furnishing them with all the comforts of home. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it near our beachfront villas: golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing, jet-skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! There are lagoons, a private marsh, and private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day on the beach or at the resort's private cabana bar, "Coco's On The Beach" enjoying your favorite food and drink, and listening to music until midnight in the summer season! (Coco's is open Spring through Fall) You may never want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courses, and private beach cabana facilities. Our pool area, Grille/Deli, and Coco's are also WI-FI hot spots, plus you can rent laptops or computers at the Deli if you need to get online during your stay! Resort provides a golf cart shuttle over the boardwalk to and from the beach.

We are equipped the villas with everything you could possibly need during your stay: TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo system, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave,blender, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, blow dryer, iron & ironing board, towels, linens, family board games, etc. We even have 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach buggy on wheels in the villas for you to take to down to the ocean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!!

Our ocean resort offers 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center with indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, onsite restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, onsite convenience store, private oceanside cabana bar & grille with food, drink, music & restrooms on the beach. Coco's On The Beach Cabana Bar offers music & live entertainment in season & is open until midnight, weather permitting! (Cabana Bar season is Spring through Fall) Walk to the beach on our private, 400 yard secluded boardwalk across a beautiful eco- tidal marsh, or ride on the resort's golf cart shuttle to the beach. The view and scenery are amazing! Hilton Head Resort is a gated community and has 24 hour security.
