We are about one block to a public Lake Michigan access point down a sandy tree canopied lane (the walk is almost as beautiful as the beach!). Just a short beach stroll or 2/10ths of a mile drive, you may enjoy relaxing on the public beach at West Side County Park. Enjoy the proximity to town life with a short 10 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck, the beautiful sounds of Lake Michigan, easy access to the beach and the serenity of the Michigan countryside! We have the best of all the area has to offer!

Other amenities include a huge dining room with seating for 8 or more, sparkling clean bathrooms (One tub/shower combo, one shower for two), central heat and a/c, washer/dryer on premise, and full use of the garage.
The properyty is located on prestigious Lakeshore Drive just south of the Saugatuck city limits. It is about a 12 minute drive to the Saugatuck/Douglas shopping district and restaurants. There are two lake access points/beaches located within walking distance from the house. The first Lake Michigan access point is approximately one block away. The access point is one of the only access points to Lake Michigan in the area without stairs! Launch your kayaks/canoes, swim or walk along the shores of Lake Michigan moments from the house (sorry, no sunbathing or picnics in this area). The second beach is the 630 ft. public beach at West Side County Park located 2/10ths of a mile north along the shore (reached by walking or driving). You may enjoy most beach activities at West Side County Park. On most days you can hear the roar of the Lake from the house. There is plenty of room to roam on this 1+ acre property.
