'Spiti Spiros' is a very comfortable,
air-conditioned, double glazed, tastefully
furnished and fully equipped holiday
apartment on 2 floors. Outside, there are 2
large balconies with garden furniture,
patio and secure gated parking.
First floor: Fully equipped kitchen/dining
room, shower room and wc, separate sitting
room/3rd bedroom with tv, dvd
and a comfortable sofa bed for an adult or 2 children
to share; door opens to the balcony (with
marble top table and chairs) to
enjoy your meals with a glass of the tasty local wine
outside.
Second floor via an internal spiral
staircase with wooden steps to: landing, one
double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a
shower room with wc. Sliding door opens from
the twin bedroom to the balcony with views
to the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The twin bedroom is really roomy and can
take a 3rd single bed and/or a baby's cot.
The apartment is located in Porto Rafti, an
old fishing village which has kept its
authentic charm and fresh fish brought in
every morning, while it is an ideal summer holiday
resort.
All main amenities are within 5 minutes
drive, these include: the crystal clear sea
with many sandy beaches (about
1100 meters from the property), fish
tavernas, restaurants, cinemas, cafes, bars,
shops, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies.
Porto Rafti is only 35 km from Athens
and 12 km from the Athens international
airport, opposite the Aegian sea islands.
A day visit to Acropolis or a shopping-spree
in Athens and its flea market is very easy.
Trips to Sounio with the impressive temple
of Poseidon, to the temple of Artemis in
Vravrona and to Marathon are only a short drive and a
must for those who want to see the famous Greek
architectural and cultural achievements.
Day visits to many islands from neighbouring ports.
Nearby activities: swimming, tennis, golf, sight-seeing,
surfing, fishing, water sports, wine and dine, shopping.
The owner will be on site to assist the guests to 'Spiti
Spiros' all the way and the rent is truly good value for
money!

The rental prices are for the apartment on a self-catering basis and include: all bills of electricity, water, air-conditioning, also bed linen and bath towels.
30% deposit required with booking (if less than 10 weeks prior to the start of the holiday-otherwise payment in full)
Remaining amount plus 200(GBP or 300 Euro) damage deposit (refundable) 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Short stays of 3-4 nights are charged at one fifth of the weekly rate per night.
The apartment should be left clean and tidy at the end of the holiday, or a charge of 30 GB pounds or 60 US dollars or 45 Euro will be applied
Additional services on request: maid/cleaning, shopping prior to arrival, meals etc
