Description
Our brand new elegantly decorated condominium is located in Fox Point at the Redstone Village (Kimball Junction). (We can forward a neat slide show of pictures as an attachment to email on request.} The Condo is single story with Handicapped Access including oversized doorways and nine foot ceilings. Each bedroom has been masterfully decorated. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a private full bath including jetted tub and separate shower, down comforter and TV/DVD setup. The second bedroom has a queen-size elegant bed with down bedding, the third bedroom has two twin beds with a cozy, comfortable decor package.There is extra bedding for an inflatable bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub and a shower with two spray heads at different levels.The kitchen is fully accessible with a roll under kitchen sink and work area for wheel chair accessibility.



The living room is posh and comfortable. It will seat a large group in comfort and there is plenty of seating for all. The living room includes a slate gas fireplace, cable TV/DVD and stereo. The dining room and breakfast bar lead to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, alder cabinets and slate flooring.



Come enjoy our brand new Condo and it's great location. We are less than a block from the theatre and shops. You will enjoy retreating to the Condo after a day of skiing, biking, tubing, boating, mountain biking, shopping and sightseeing. Free transportation to the slopes and around town. Park your car inside our oversized single car garage with electric opener.

 Cancellations and Refunds
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.If we are able to rent for a reserved date that has been cancelled, a partial refund will be allowed based on the terms of the replcement rental.
 Deposits
- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required along wih 50% of the total rental charge. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the condo is in the same condition as it was first found.
