If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
No Show:
- If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid.
- It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy. |

a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%
minimum stay required is of three nights
Booking fee: 10 euros;
Cleaning service: one-time fee of 40 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay;
Breakage or damage deposit: 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
