Description
|
This is a very charming home. Sip a glass
of wine on the deck, watch fireworks from the 12 ft windows. Newly remodeled, our two story house is decorated with a contemporary mountain décor. Located in the heart of Vail, on the free bus route. We are located in Sandstone, a short walk to Lionshead.
Every convenience and comfort you can
imagine. Hike or bike out the back door. Fishing nearby. View Vail mountain from the deck. Perfect for four.
We have two bedrooms and two baths downstairs and a wonderful great room upstairs.
Renting now for the summer and taking bookings for the 08/09 winter.
Unlike many listings you will see, our
place is privately owned and privately
listed (not part of a property management
company).
Sandstone is located just across the valley
from Lionshead on the opposite side of the
interstate. So our deck overlooks Vail
Mountain.
How about other activities?
Free Internet Cable Access.
For cross-country, snowshoe and snowmobile
enthusiasts, you will find Piney Lake and
the North trail out the back door. There
are miles of trails for all the above
activities and snowmobile tours and rentals
as well.
In the summer, some of the best mountain
bike trails are in this same area. One of
the local favorites, Sun of Middle Creek is
a short 5 minute ride away. Plus, for
hiking enthusiast, the North Trail system
and Piney offer endless opportunities to
explore.
Now the info on pets. We occasionally
allow one dog at a time. There is an
additional $25 fee per night.
And for you...
Relax in front of our fireplace, watch a
movie from our sizable collection, or play
one of our many board games. On Saturday
night you can watch the local fireworks
from the deck. We have a fully-equiped
kitchen along with a bbq grill.
We have two bedrooms downstairs, each with it's own bath. You will find egyptian cotton sheets and towels and down duvet covers. There is a queen aerobed if needed.
